The NEPAD Planning and Coordinating Agency invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the post of Senior Administrative Services Officer.

Under the supervision of the Head of Business Services Centre the Senior Administrative Services Officer shall be responsible for coordinating the provision of all administrative services pertaining to office utilities, security, transport, building and assets maintenance as well as support operations in the NEPAD Agency offices in Midrand.

  11. Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure with a wide range of individuals and institutions.

Education and Experience:

Candidates must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in Administration, Management or equivalent professional qualification with six (6) years of progressive responsibility in the field of administration, business or operations management or a relevant Bachelor’s degree with eight (8) years’ experience of which three (3) years should be at managerial or related level in the public sector, multilateral institutions, international non-governmental or similar organizations nationally, regionally and / or internationally

Remuneration: An indicative basic salary of US$35,300.00 per annum plus other entitlements such as post adjustment (57% of basic salary), housing allowance (US$21,196.80 per annum), pension (19% of basic salary) among others in conformity with the rules and procedures applicable to internationally recruited staff of the African Union
