Presentations from the Launch of the Rural Futures Programme

On Monday 11 October, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the NEPAD Agency, UN-ECA, and WWF launched the Rural Futures Programme. This is an initial two year action-oriented effort to stimulate participation, consensus, and investment around rural transformation as the basis for long-term sustainable national development and pro-poor economic growth across the continent. Rural Futures is being unveiled within the context of the Seventh African Development Forum (ADF VII).
