First Semi-Annual Progress Report June 2006 to December 2006

This is a progress update on implementation of the Abuja Declaration on Fertilizers for an African Green Revolution for the period July 2006 to December 2006. Sixteen countries and four regional economic communities responded to the request from the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) for a progress update.
