NEPAD Agency Chief Executive Officer Dr Ibrahim Mayaki and Executive Secretary of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Dr Stergomena Lawrence Tax have signed a Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU) in Gaborone, Botswana, yesterday.
