Adopté à Lusaka en Juillet 2001 lors du 37ème Sommet des Chefs d’Etat et de Gouvernement de l’OUA, le NEPAD, issu de la fusion du Plan d’Action du Millénaire et du Plan Omega, aura 10 ans en Juillet 2011.
