This UNSCN paper aims at providing negotiators involved in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) with convincing, evidence-based and compelling arguments to address nutrition security into the climate change agenda.
The NEPAD e-Africa Commission wishes to align as many African countries as possible towards the protocol, and is offering all countries across Africa an opportunity to review the protocol and propose possible amendments to it.
