Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (HLF-4)
The Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, held in Busan, Korea on 29 Nov - 1 Dec 2011, marked the "due-date" for this ambitious mutual accountability mechanism. The HLF-4 reviewed experience since Paris, and draw conclusions on whether the commitments and targets set for 2010 by the Paris Declaration and the Accra Agenda for Action have been achieved or not - and why.
