Spectrum Africa 2012

his workshop will take stock of the decisions taken at the recently concluded World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC 2012), to discuss their implications for Africa and map out a strategy for individual countries. It is designed as a capacity building programme for policy makers, regulators, operators, legislators, academia, universities and their associated research establishments as well as other industry stakeholders concerned with the management of spectrum in Africa.
