• 44th NEPAD Steering Committee Meeting  (11 July 2012 : 10am-5pm)  

• 21^st Ordinary Session of the EC: Executive Council: (12-13 July 2012: from 09 am)
• July 12: Signing of the ECOWAS/NEPAD Grant Agreement on business Incubator for Rural Women Entrepreneurs between H.E. Kadre Desire Ouedraogo, President of ECOWAS Commission and Dr Mayaki.

• 27^th Summit of the NEPAD Heads of State and Government Orientations Committee(HSGOC)(14 July 2012: 3-5pm)- Medium Conference Hall
• Meetings of the African Peer Review (APRM): (14 July)
• 19^th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the UNION: (15-16 July 2012: 10 am) : Large conference Hall
