As the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) marks 10 years there is a need to outline the development lessons learnt in the past decade in order to plan better for the future.
Already, Heads of State who attended the 25th Summit of the Head of State and Government Orientation Committee (HSGOC) marked the 10th Anniversary of NEPAD by calling for renewed focus on the implementation of the established NEPAD programmes and projects.
