African Head of States jointly with NEPAD's CEO,  Dr. Ibrahim Mayaki ,and the Spanish Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ignacio Ibanez,  cut the ribbon of the NEPAD/Spanish Fund 's stand showing the results achieved since 2007 till 2015.
