Africa Pharma Conference postponed

The Africa Pharma Conference scheduled to take place from the 19th to 21st November 2018 has been postponed. The Conference was being organized to promote access to essentials medicines and boost local production of pharmaceuticals on the African continent.

Africa Pharma Conference organizing partners and stakeholders are working amicably to identify a suitable new future date when the Conference can be held.

We note the personal sacrifices that several individuals have made as they planned to attend and exchange valuable knowledge at the conference. We appreciate the interest that has been expressed in the strategic agenda of this Conference by African countries, especially policy makers and the invaluable support of our strategic development partners including those of international organizations, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), academia and the private sector.  The agenda remains one that is central not only to the continent’s industrialization agenda but also the support of Africa’s human capital development.
