H.E. Ms. Anne-Désirée Ouloto

Minister of Health, Environment and Sustainable Development, Côte d'Ivoire

 

H.E Ms. Anne-Désirée Ouloto’s obtained a Certificate in Negotiation and Litigation Management, before enrolling for a bachelor's degree in Management and Business Management.  From 2000, seizing the opportunity of a new experience, she joined the ANARE (National Authority for Regulation of the Electricity Sector), where she worked until 2005 as Assistant Director of the Director of Legal Affairs , then the Chairman of the Board. In 2006, her qualities as a committed, loyal and determined activist, earned her entry into the Cabinet of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, alongside Minister Cissé BACONGO. She first held the position of Chargée d'Etudes, in charge of gender policy in the University environment. In 2007, given her work capabilities, her strength of character and personality, she was promoted to Chief of Staff, a position she held until the advent of the crisis in the electoral post of November 2010. In June 2011, Ms Anne Désirée OULOTO was called to the government by President Alassane OUATTARA and appointed Minister of Urban Sanitation; position she held until November 2012, before being entrusted with the Ministry of Solidarity, Family, Women, and Children. She currently serves to this day in the Department of Salubrity, being in charge of Environment and Sustainable Development (MINSEDD).
